What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Can I make changes to my order or cancel it after I place it?
Our team processes and ships orders very fast. Your best chance of changing or canceling your order is to contact us immediately via chat or telephone. Please have your order number ready and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. If it's too late in the process to make changes or cancel, we can always issue a return label or place another order for you. We're here to help!
My order has been placed on hold. What do I do?
To protect our customers (and ourselves!) all orders we receive run through a series of checks during the review stage. If your order is placed on hold you will receive an email with instructions on what to do. In most cases, we will ask for some additional information from you so we can complete the order review and send it for processing.

How long does it take my order to ship?
Orders typically ship in 24-48 hours.
Our Customer Service team is processing orders 7 days per week and our logistics team ships order from Monday to Friday. When you order ships will depend on when you place it. If placed during business days (Monday to Friday) your order will typically ship in 24 hours. If you place your order on the weekend, it will take a bit longer to ship. When your order ships we'll email you a tracking number which you can use to track your package as it travels to you.
Please note, sometimes it may take 1-2 days for your tracking information to populate.
What Your Order Status Means
- Pending/Review
We have received your order and will be checking it shortly to verify your payment details and shipping address. - Processing
Great news! Your order has been reviewed and is now being picked and packed by our logistics team. - Complete
Congrats! Your order has been picked, checked, and boxed up. At this stage a tracking number is created and emailed to you. Your package is passed off to our shipping partners for delivery. Your tracking details should update within 24 hours. - On Hold
Our Customer Service Team has placed your order on hold because we need additional information about your payment method or shipping address. We will contact you via email with instructions on what to do. - Canceled
Sometimes orders may be canceled automatically by our payment providers because there is an issue with the payment method (ie. credit card). Orders must also pass our internal fraud verification criteria before being processed. If you believe your order has be canceled incorrectly, please contact us and we'll take care of it for you.
Tracking Your Order
The easiest way to track your order is using the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email we send you. When you place an order with us you'll receive 2 emails:
- Within 5 minutes of placing your order you'll receive an order confirmation email which contains your order number and details of your order.
- When we ship your order you will receive a shipping notification email which includes your tracking number and a link to track your order. Simply click the link in this email to track your order.
Tracking Using Your Muscle & Strength Account
If you have a Muscle & Strength account you can login to your account at any time to get tracking details for your order(s). Simply navigate to the "Orders" section in your account, select the order you want to track, and click "track order".
Tracking Directly With The Carrier
Finally, you already have the tracking number for your shipment you it directly on the carrier website. Below you'll find links to the carries we use:
